Relaxing but fun atmosphere at Neon Armadillo with awesome live music on the weekends! Definitely recommend their margaritas, brisket salad (super moist) and red salsa (had a Smokey flavor which was so good)! Loved the whole experience and located in the heart of downtown Wimberley!

Drove all the way from Dallas to try them and they did not disappoint! Everything on the menu is solid, but the Burger is my favorite. I am a Burger snob and this one is definitely my new favorite Burger. Excited to come back for their opening of the full restaurant in August!

Absolute best brisket OF MY LIFE. Oh my god, everything we ate was delicious. The salsa is smoky in the best way and the tortilla chips are perfect. That rice was killer. I seriously had to force myself to stop eating before I exploded. SO FREAKING GOOD dude. New favorite restaurant in Wimberley. Can't wait to come back!

These guys set the standards for food trucks. Food was out quick and tasted better than the other restaurants in that area. It's simple dishes done right with portions you want. 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling to Wimberly.

We stopped in for a little snack to go on a long weekend sister's trip. Wow, did not disappoint. My only regret is that we didn't pick up more foods to sample. We got queso and those amazing beef tallow chips, some beans (I'm a huge bean fan), and the lemon, garlic smoked wings. Man, those wings! Will definitely be back, I NEED MORE WINGS!
